• Pumping Control Center with Smartlink Technology

   

• The Hanna Pumping Control Center (PCC) is a modular system with all valves and chemical pumps pre-plumbed and pre-wired onto a durable stainless steel panel. The ergonomically designed system greatly reduces installation time and costs.
  
  The (PCC) incorporates new Smartlink technology that simplifies the field wiring and virtually eliminates the need for an electrician to wire solenoids. Combined with a Smartlink tunnel controller and a Smartlink MCC, all of the control wiring is reduced to two 2-wire cables that never need to be cut or spliced. In fact, much of the Smartlink ield wiring can be done without the need for an electrical contractor. Please consult your local electrical codes.

The Hanna Pumping Control Center is exclusive to the Smartlink series of car wash tunnels and is available in
60-foot, 90-foot and 120-foot arrangements.

• High Pressure Pumps
  
  Hanna’s Hi-Pressure Pump Station is a reliable way to pump fresh water or filtered reclaim water at high pressures. Much more dependable than piston and plunger pumps, Hanna’s pump station utilizes the Wanner H-25 pump and comes complete with all the necessary fittings to lower the cost of installation and provide the longest service life.
  
  Hanna’s Hi-Pressure Pump Station has a rugged stainless steel frame and comes equipped with a 115-gallon (435.32 L) storage tank with lid. The tank is supplied with a low level switch for safety and float valve to ensure a constant water level. The tank also includes Hanna’s exclusive perforated dividers and perforated cross channels, which increase the life of your pump by reducing vortices and other water turbulence that can allow air bubbles to get in the pump and produce cavitations. The pump is belt driven and protected with a belt guard. The pump station includes an adjustable belt take-up.

For operations that need larger flow rates or multiple components, there is Hanna’s Dual Hi-Pressure Pump Station. The dual pump station has the same features and similar rugged design as the single pump station, with two pumps. These two pumps are “stacked” on top of each other to save you valuable floor space. Each pump can be operated individually.

• Solution Pumps

• Solution application pumps are designed to deliver a variety of soap, wax, and other chemical usage in the process of cleaning & waxing the vehicle. These units maintain fluid levels in the holding tank and at the same time dilute the incoming chemical supply using a variety of screw-in tips (provided) for different dilutions.

  Hydraulic Proportionators are designed to divide the oil flow from the hydraulic power unit to each component within the system as well as control the speed or movement. They are available from 2 to 7 banks and come with individual speed control valve per bank with an internal relief system and shutoof solenoid (Controlled by PLC) for each bank.
