Stack-N-Scrub (SNS) Flex Wrap

The Hanna Stack-N-Scrub (SNS) Flex Wrap is a freestanding component designed to retrofit automatic bays and help existing operators compete with the fast pace Express conveyor market, as well as provide the new investor with a compact washing system suitable for a variety of property sizes.

The system features two sets of opposed flex wraps on aluminum or stainless steel frame and provides the operator with a flexible platform from which the operator can stack or combine a variety of wash components. The Stack-N-Scrub is ideal for conveyors from 50′ to over 150′ in length anf for speeds from 40-180 cars per hour. With the industry’s largest distributor network, Hanna provides the local expertise to guide you through the steps from site selection through opening day.

Focus Flex Wraps

• Hanna’s Focus Pack Flex Wrap uses one set of opposed flex wrap mounted on a single frame. The compact design allows maximum cleaning of the vehicles vertical surfaces utilizing the least amount of conveyor space. Each wrap has a high pivot point that allows the brush to move smoothly around the outer edges of even the largest vehicle. This makes the Focus Pack the ideal choice for higher volume car washes.
  This unique design enhances the cleaning of the front grill and hard to clean rear vertical surfaces. Hanna’s exclusive cloth cut safely allows for a faster brush rotation and cleaning action. Enhanced controls offer separate arm retract and extend pressures as well as float pressure for the mirror area.
  The systems frame and posts are aluminum. Areas requiring extra strength like the brush arm and shaft assembly are manufactured of stainless steel. The combination makes the Hanna Dual-Pack the cost effective choice.

• 4 Pack Flex Wrap
  

  The 4-Pack Flex Wrap combines a set of flex wrap brushes and angled side brushes in a space slightly larger then a flex wrap brush alone. This unique configuration packs four counter rotating 70” washers within 13 feet of conveyor space. The Flex Wrap brushes and Angled Side brushes actually rotate in opposite directions. This counter rotating brush action cleans better in areas like the front and back of mirrors as well as the outer wheel well and rocker panel areas. Hanna’s exclusive cloth cut allows for faster brush rotation and cleaning action without increasing vehicle incident. The Hanna 4-Pack Flex Wrap has a high pivot point that allows the brush to move smoothly around the outer edges of the vehicle. This increases cleaning action on the front and rear of all vehicles. Enhanced controls offer separate retract and extend pressures for each arm as well as float pressure for the mirror area. Hanna’s Angled Side Brushes contour to the shape of all vehicles and is taller then most side brushes. This allows better cleaning of the top side window area of sport utility vehicles and mini vans. The 4-Pack system is available as a free standing component.

Rotary Top Brush

The Rotary Top Brush is engineered to target specific problem areas including the front window, roof tops, hood, windshields and rear spoilers, and delivers the same great clean to small cars that it does to pickup trucks, SUVs or minivans.

The Top Brush gently glides over the vehicles surfaces, using rotating foam brush action, enhancing the vehicle’s gloss and luster, wash after wash. The Top Brush features a simple, proven design using counterweights to apply equal wash pressure on all horizontal surfaces. Its stainless steel construction makes it strong and durable, ensuring a long lasting life for the operator.

Hub Cap Rocker Panel

• The Hubcap Rocker Panel Brush (HCRP) gives special cleaning attention not only to rocker panels, but also to hubcaps and deep rimmed wheels. Even though lower vertical surfaces vary greatly in contour from one vehicle to another, the design of the Hubcap Rocker Panel Brush ensures that the rocker panel area is clean on every car, regardless of size or shape. The HCRP comes in three sizes 21”, 28” and 35”. Shorter brushes penetrate deeper into the wheel wells and create more friction on the wheel and tire - while taller HCRP brushes reach higher vertical surfaces. The Lower portion of each HCRP brush has a wider and longer cut to allow better pen- etration in the wheel well area wheel including the tires and wheels. Tension against the vehicle is achieved by an adjustable shock and spring assembly. There is also an adjustable stop bracket to set the rest position. The Hanna Rocker Panel Brush can be ordered free standing or post mounted.

Angled Side & Window Brush

Hanna’s Angled Side & Window Brush is similar to the Horizontal Side & Window Brush, only angled toward the vehicle to follow the contour of its surface.
It uses a combination of gravity and a special dampening shock to provide proper brush penetration and safely clean hard to reach areas like the top of the vehicle’s side windows.

The 70” brush height in combination with the angled brush assembly allows better cleaning of the top side window area of sport utility vehicles and mini vans.

Side & Window Washer

Hanna’s Side & Window Brush is one of the most popular brush components in the industry. It provides superb cleaning coverage of the upper side, side and rocker panel areas of a vehicle. The 70’ brush height is higher then other side brushes allowing for better cleaning of today’s taller vehicles. Hanna’s exclusive cloth cut also allows for a faster brush rotation and cleaning action. Tension against the vehicle is achieved by an adjustable shock and spring assembly. There is also an adjustable stop bracket to set the rest position.

• Tire Washer
  

  Hanna’s Tire Washer effectively cleans tires with its adjustable tension control, adjustable brush height, and 96″ (243.84 cm) long brush. It automatically adjusts to vehicle widths and comes with PVC entrance guides for vehicle safety. Hydraulic drive motors are mounted on the exit end of the brush for quick and easy accessibility. Simplified hose routing allows for easy installation.

• Cloth Tire Washer
  
  The Cloth Tire Washer uses chemical application to thoroughly clean away grease and grime from all areas of the tire and rims. The Hanna Cloth Tire brush also includes pneumatic retracts, entrance guides, as well as a solution manifold. At a total cleaning length of 96 inches per wheel, the cloth tire washer will safely optimize the cleaning effect on even the dirtiest tires.

Stepped Tire Brush

The Hanna Stepped Tire Brush comes complete with pneumatic retracts and entrance guides. It is made of 100% polypropylene material. By alternating 9” and 12” height on the brush it allows you to reach deep inside the tire AND wheel and clean safely and effectively.
