RCV Conveyor

Hanna’s RCV (Over and Under) Conveyor is designed to gently ease multiple vehicles forward through the car wash tunnel with patented 6-wheel roller assemblies. Tapered guide rails and roller bar assemblies, ensure a safe and easy entrance onto the conveyor. Your customers will encounter a very pleasant and smooth car wash experience. Features on the RCV Conveyor include:

Industry recognized HECO Gear Reducer with a hydraulic motor to drive the conveyor system.
Hannatron, made of ultra high molecular weight polymer, is attached to the outside guide rails to protect against wheel damage.
High density polyethylene chain guides utilized to help reduce abnormal chain wear and lower maintenance cost.
Roller on demand at the entrance.
High or Low profile rollers for controlled car movement.
Front wheel pull, or rear wheel push option.

Correlator

Hanna’s Correlator provides a trouble-free entry alignment system for your conveyor that is economical and durable. The Hanna Correlator safely corrects the cars position by allowing 12” (30.48 cm) of lateral movement to align the vehicles front and rear wheels, to the tire track of the conveyor. It’s designed for ease of use and years of reliable performance.

The Hanna Correlator’s strength starts with the ¼” steel frame structure. 3/8” steel bars are welded to the frame that support 18 or 24 (dependant upon width) cast iron support wheels. Each wheel utilizes UHMW bushings that allow for smooth rotation, and eliminates the requirement for greasing. A spring loaded ¼” diamond plate top deck sits on the wheels, providing easy movement with the vehicle while also presenting an attractive appearance.
