Off-road Truck
In addition to our standart wheel wash systems we offer custom designed and built systems for customers requiring extra length and width to handle the extreme loading and soil conditions. Fly ash removal systems are designed for off highway vehicles as well as on highway vehicles. Our high pressure undercarriage spray system (De-mudder system) is designed to remove a high concentration of solids that build up on the undercarriage of service vehicles at mines and oil fields.
Neptune Automated Wheel wash systems offer solutions for all size off road trucks, including 40- and 70-ton haul trucks, Mountain Max vehicles, САТ 773 и САТ 777. Use of these systems has resulted in savings in parts and service intervals with an extended life cycle of these vehicles.
ROLLER SYSTEMS
Neptune Roller systems are the ideal answer for sites with extremely cohesive soils. The systems are a one piece integrated system that is available with or without a scraper conveyor to continually evacuate the solids. Unlike the drive- through systems, the Roller system is designed to clean the tires, axle by axle, while holding the vehicle in a stationary position. This unique method allows the Neptune Roller System to deliver an unlimited number of tire revolutions. The control panel is used to configure the correct number of revolutions.

The driver positions the first axle of the truck on the rollers. He then disengages the truck's gears and releases the brake. The roller system begins slowly rotating the tires in a reverse position while dispensing a highly-focused spray onto the tires. |

Neptune COMPACT
The Neptune Compact is a durable and dependable system for light duty cleaning. This self-contained system provides one full tire revolution of cleaning power with options that include a self-cleaning scraper conveyor system and built-in generator. The Neptune Compact makes for a very durable and economical system for compliance.
Tracinator
The Tracinator was developed as a one tire revolution dirt removal system for light conditions or, for usage where a wheel wash system is not practical or budgeted. Unlike standard rumble grates, this system is designed to flush itself clear of debris.
Rumble Grates
Rumble Grates are designed to be used in place of oversized rock to help shake heavy solids from wheels of the vehicles.

Desinfecting Systems
IES offers a full line of Neptune Automated Decontamination Wash Systems to help alleviate problems with bacterial and viral contamination in agricultural, horticultural, food processing and other industrial applications. Salmonella, E-coli, LTL and other disease-causing agents can be easily transmitted from site to site.
Neptune’s Disinfecting Truck Wash System solves the problem of possible cross-contamination by offering a consistent and thorough means of dispensing the appropriate disinfecting truck wash solution. The Neptune decontamination wash systems can be configured to spray an entire vehicle or the wheels only.
Noxious Weeds & Invasive Species Decontamination
Neptune Automated Wheel Wash and Disinfecting systems are the ideal solution to collect and contain, for disposal, virtually any noxious weed or invasive species. Seeds and spores are removed from the vehicle’s wheels and are captured with the addition of inline filters.
A noxious weed is a plant species that has been designated by state or national agricultural authorities as a plant that is injurious to agricultural and/or horticultural crops and/or humans and livestock. It may be introduced into a foreign ecosystem either by accident or mismanagement.
