Floor Mounted Dryers

Concorde Floor Mounted Air Dryers have long been the car wash industry’s drying standard. Operators rave about their drying capabilities, efficient producers, low maintenance and low noise volumes.
They require very little tunnel space due to their small footprint and can be roof mounted if necessary. They are easy to install and service. Just like the overhead-mounted dryers, the floor-mounted dryers can be configured for a progressive drying system. Plus, air restrictors are included on the Top Concorde and Top and Side Concorde dryers.

Overhead Mounted Dryers

• Hanna’s Concorde Overhead Mounted Air Dryers provide optimal vehicle drying, while allowing more tunnel room and drip space at the same time. The dryers can be configured for an optimized progressive drying system.
  
  The producer housing, mounting frame and tubes are all made of either UV-protected thermal co-polymer blend or stainless steel construction. The impellors are made of carbon steel and powder coated. The producers are designed with backward inclined airfoil impellers, which provide the highest efficiency possible. Each producer has a TEFC motor suitable for 208-230/460 Volt at 60 Hz as standard.
